The number of days between two dates is how many?

Let's suppose you were born on July 5, 1997 and want to calculate the number of days you have lived so far.

July 5, 1997 is the start date

July 10, 2023 is the end date

The number of years is 2023 - 1997 = 26

The number of days in 26 years is 26 x 365.25 = 9496.5

Due to the fact that the date has just passed, we need to add 5 days more to get to the 10th of July. The total number of days between the two dates is 9496.5 + 5 = 9501.5 days.
